Jason Haber is the Chief Executive Officer of Rubicon Property. In his role as CEO, Mr. Haber manages the growing sales team, is responsible for new business development and oversees the marketing and branding of the company. Prior to co-founding the firm in 2010, Mr. Haber worked as a broker for Prudential Douglas Elliman where he specialized in residential sales and condo conversions. Mr. Haber has been ranked by the Real Deal as one of the Top 100 agents in NYC. Mr. Haber holds a degree in Political Communication from The George Washington University and a Master's Degree from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University. He has served as adjunct professor at John Jay College where he taught a course on urban planning. |

Cory Haber is President of Rubicon Property. Cory has spent the last decade in the technology field, specifically, building and designing custom cloud computing applications to run nearly every aspect of any business. Cory was asked to speak at the 2008 Salesforce.com Dreamforce conference in San Francisco on how to customize Salesforce.com for your organization. Cory is well versed in content management systems, website analytics, search engine marketing and optimization strategies. His group won the 10th annual ad:tech award for best business-to-business transaction website.

Dennis Haber

Dennis Haber is a principal owner of Rubicon Property, LLC and a co-founder of Rubicon Asset Management, LLC. He is a real estate attorney and general counsel to the Rubicon Group of companies. His articles have appeared in the New York Law Journal, EA Journal, Elder Law Attorney, Newsday and The Cooperator. Dennis is particularly noted for his work in the reverse mortgage industry and has been honored with the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association Award of outstanding achievement in the industry. Dennis has submitted testimony before Congress on reverse mortgage legislation.

Larry Talve

Larry Talve is a principal owner of Rubicon Property, LLC and a co-founder of Rubicon Asset Management, LLC. Prior to joining the Rubicon team he served for 26 years as an owner and principal of Franklin Stainless Corp, a processor and distributor of stainless steel. Under Larry's stewardship the company saw annual sales rise to over 40 million dollars. Larry brings his experience and knowledge of running a business to Rubicon Property. He has a vast array of real estate contacts throughout the New York metropolitan area.
