Emi Manasse

Emi joins Rubicon Property to further pursue her career in New

York City real estate, following her family’s real estate roots in Paris,

France. Emi’s professional background in advertising as an account

manager at BBDO Paris has provided her with a strong understanding

of client management, innate negotiation skills and high attention to

detail. She works hard for her clients and makes them feel at ease at

every step of the daunting process of finding a new home. From South

Street to the top of Central Park, Emi possesses solid knowledge of

the city's neighborhoods, positioning her as an excellent resource for

her clients. Having traveled to countries all over the world since her

youngest years, Emi is culturally sensitive and can connect instantly

with individuals from all nationalities and backgrounds. Emi earned

her undergrad B.A. in International Corporate Communications at the

American University of Paris.
